What data is collected
This website uses no forms and no analytics, and collects no data automatically as you browse. The only data processed is what you provide voluntarily when you get in touch:
- · By phone: your number, and whatever you tell us so the job can be attended (address, type of door or lock).
- · By WhatsApp: the same, plus whatever you send in the conversation.
- · When you hire: name, service address and the invoicing details required by tax law.
What it is used for
Solely to attend your job, provide the service and issue the invoice. It is not used to send you advertising and it is not passed to third parties, other than the legal invoicing obligations to the Spanish tax authority.
Legal basis
- · Performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR) in order to provide the service you request.
- · Legal obligation (art. 6.1.c GDPR) for invoicing and its retention.
How long it is kept
Data from an enquiry that does not become a job is deleted once it is no longer needed. Data from invoiced jobs is kept for six years, the period required by the Spanish Commercial Code.
WhatsApp: what you should know
If you write on WhatsApp, that conversation also passes through the servers of Meta Platforms, which applies its own terms and which we do not control. If you would rather it did not, call instead.
Where it is hosted
This site is hosted on a server at OVHcloud in France, within the European Union. No international data transfers are made outside the European Economic Area.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to DoctorCerrajero@proton.me, proving your identity. If you consider the processing to be incorrect, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
