If the job can be attended, you are told there and then. If it cannot, you are told that too: better than leaving you waiting.

You get the price for that specific hour and day, before I set off. No surprises at the end.

By motorbike for emergencies, which at night and in summer is the difference between twenty minutes and an hour.
What can change the price
The price above is what gets charged. These are the only reasons it could change, and you are always told before anything starts:
- Time band: 11 in the morning does not cost the same as 4 in the morning
- Whether it is a public holiday or a weekend
- Type of lock and whether parts are needed
- Town and distance

Frequently asked questions
Do you really answer at any hour?
Emergencies are attended outside normal hours, but I am one person, not a call centre. If I cannot at that moment, I tell you instantly rather than stringing you along.
How much more does it cost in the small hours?
More than in normal hours, and you are told the exact amount by phone before I leave home. Never on arrival.
What about August, with everyone on holiday?
August is precisely when the coast needs it most. It is also when the motorbike shows its worth: the C-32 and the old centres of Sitges and Calafell are impossible.
I could wait until tomorrow. Is it cheaper?
Yes, noticeably. If you have somewhere to sleep and the property is secure, waiting for normal hours saves you money — and I will be the one to tell you so.
