Vehicle opening
You got out, shut the door, and the keys stayed inside. It gets opened without breaking the glass and without touching the bodywork, using techniques specific to the model. I come by motorbike, which in a car park or on a street with nowhere to stop makes a real difference.

The price above is what gets charged. These are the only reasons it could change, and you are always told before anything starts:
- Make, model and year of the vehicle
- Type of locking: mechanical or electronic
- Time and day
- Location: street, garage or gated car park

Frequently asked questions
What documents do you need?
You have to show the car is yours: the registration document, the technical sheet or insurance in your name, together with your ID or passport. Without that it does not get opened.
Could the car be damaged?
With the right technique, no. On recent vehicles with electronic locking it is sometimes worth weighing up whether it is the best route: you are told before anything starts.
Do you cut transponder keys?
Coding keys with a transponder needs programming equipment that is specific to each make. Ask about your model when you call and I will tell you whether I can do it or whether the main dealer suits you better.
There is a child or a pet locked in the car
Call 112 first. Where there is a genuine risk to a person or an animal, the emergency comes first, not avoiding a broken window.
I hired the car. Does that change anything?
No, but bring the rental agreement: it names you as the driver and that is what does the job in place of a registration document.
