The price above is what gets charged. These are the only reasons it could change, and you are always told before anything starts:
- Number of access points and permission levels
- Whether it is an emergency in trading hours or scheduled work
- Grade of the locks and keys
- Whether it includes a roller shutter or shop front

Frequently asked questions
An employee has left with keys. Do I change everything?
Not necessarily. With a master keyed system their level is cancelled without touching the rest. If there is no such system, the cylinders for what that person could open get changed — not the whole premises.
Can you come outside shop hours?
That is the norm for scheduled work: you lose no sales and it goes better with the place empty.
Do you issue a VAT invoice?
Yes, every job comes with an invoice.
