How much it costs to open a door
Opening a door that slammed shut with a standard lock costs €69 by appointment and €79 on a weekday. If it is deadlocked, that rises to €99–109, and with a security, reinforced or armoured lock it runs from €99 to €209 depending on the case and the time band. Every figure includes VAT, and the call-out is inside the price.

Frequently asked questions
Why does it cost more if it is deadlocked?
Because they are two different jobs. Slammed shut, only the latch is engaged; deadlocked, the bolts are thrown and the opening takes considerably more work.
What if it cannot be opened?
If I come out, diagnose it and in the end no work is carried out, only the call-out is charged: €29 by appointment.
How do I know which lock I have?
Describe it however you can on the phone and I will work it out: how many turns the key makes, whether the door is metal, whether it has several locking points. That is enough to narrow the price before I set off.
I am a tourist and this is a holiday flat. Same price?
Exactly the same. The price list does not change for visitors, and it is published in full so you can check it yourself before calling.
