A standard lock fitted costs €129 by appointment and €139 on a weekday. A security lock, €179–189. A multipoint, €219–229. Before changing it, we check whether the cylinder alone is enough — which costs considerably less.

How do I know if I need a lock or just a cylinder?
If the mechanism works and you only want to cancel a set of keys, the cylinder is enough and saves you around €30. If the lock has been forced, is stiff or is failing, it has to be changed. It gets looked at before anything is decided.
What is a multipoint lock?
One that anchors the door to the frame at several points at once, not only at the bolt. That is what genuinely resists levering, and it is why it costs more.
Does it include the handle?
No. Replacing a handle or lever is a separate item, €69 by appointment, and it can be done on the same visit.
