Opening a standard vehicle costs €89 by appointment and €99 on a weekday. A high-end vehicle or one with complex locking, €129–139. Extracting a broken key from a car lock, €119–129. All with VAT, and without breaking any glass.

Frequently asked questions
What documents do you need?
You have to show the car is yours: the registration document, the technical sheet or insurance in your name, together with your ID or passport. Without that it does not get opened.
It is a hire car. Does that change anything?
No. The rental agreement names you as the driver and does the job in place of a registration document. Have it on your phone or in the glovebox — though if it is in the glovebox and the car is locked, the rental company can email it to you.
There is a child or a pet inside
Call 112 first. Where there is a genuine risk to a person or an animal, the emergency comes first, not avoiding a broken window.
Do you cut transponder keys?
Coding transponder keys needs equipment specific to each make. Ask about your model and I will tell you whether I can do it or whether the main dealer suits you better.
